Fees

Tex. Gov't. Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public service, it is $10 per notarization and $1 per each additional signature.

 Travel fees are separate from the notarial fees described herein. Travel fees start out at $35.00 plus a per mile charge over a 10-mile radius from my location. Rates vary depending on the time of day and distance traveled. Travel fees will be discussed prior to departure for your requested service.
